We decided to eat at Luzia after other restaurants had stopped serving food (it was 1030 - we were running late!). It was just across from our hotel and looked like it had a great atmosphere.
We weren't let down! The meal was delicious from start to finish - from divine tuna sashimi to perfectly cooked beef tenderloin to rich chocolate mousse.
The atmosphere here is great, full of people chatting and laughing - even the staff looked like they actually enjoyed their job - something which you don't get that often in the UK! It's the sort of place you can be guaranteed to have a great meal/night.
